Integrating Evo with Box.com (SAML/SSO)

Have a Box.com account? We can integrate Evo via SAML for SSO! Take a look at the guide below:

NOTE:Β An Enterprise edition of Box.com is needed as this provides an Admin Console with access to SSO/SAML.

  1. Log into your Evo Portal
  1. Click on "My Company" (or a customer of your choice)
  1. Click on "Applications"
  1. Click "Custom SAML Integration Setup.
  1. Download the Public Certificate.

  1. Keep this tab open (just in case) and open a new tab to Box.com
  1. Log into your Box.com account.
  1. At the bottom left corner of your account, you should see a button that says "Admin Console". Click this:

  1. Once in, click the Enterprise Settings Option. The Admin console should now look similar to this:

  1. Click the "User Settings" Tab. This is the page where you will configure SSO.
    1. Under "Configure Single Sign On (SSO) for All Users, select Google Cloud as the Identity provider
    2. Upload the Public Certificate.

This should be all for the set-up, now for the test!

  1. Under "Enable Single Sign On (SSO) for All users
  1. On step 1, Test the connection, Toggle SSO Test Mode
  1. Test out a log-in and it should re-direct you to Evo to sign-in!
  1. Once confirmed, disable test mode and enable SSO for all users.

That's it, SSO should be enabled for your environment and users!
