Error Fetching AD Groups: How to fix AAD Client Secret expired
Error: "Error fetching Azure AD groups - please make sure you have correct credentials"
If you're experiencing the error, please navigate to the directory and check if you're using Client Secret (old Azure AD -Evo Sync method). If yes, then your "Client Secret" has expired.
Solution:
Navigate to Azure AD/Entra ID portal > App registration > All applications > Select Evo app > Certificates & secrets > Create a new client secret > Copy the value and enter it into Evo directory as you see in the screenshot below.
