Onboarding Section

When you're setting up new tenants, you'll need to configure the permissions for these users.

The onboarding section consists of 3 tabs:

Roles & Permissions

When you're setting up new tenants, you'll need to configure the permissions for these users. Role-Based Permissions can only be assigned to users that are designated Admin users within Evo (Regular user profiles will not show as available for permissions)

You can create a new Role Group by selecting the New option on the right and the menu will appear

First select the Groups/Users that will have this role assigned to them. Next you'll want to select the permissions for the role. Be sure to select all of the permissions that you want them to have

After completing this step select the save option at the bottom to confirm your role creation.

Elevation Assignment

For Elevated Access, you'll need to designate the users that are able to utilize a particular Domain/Shared Account:

Example:

  • User 1 is synced in and designated as an Admin User
  • Shared Account is also synced in and designated as the Domain/Shared Account
  • When User 1 logs into a system that has the Evo Agent installed, User 1 will use their own credentials, select Elevated Access on the login screen and they will be logged into the Domain/Shared Account.

Once the groups and users have been selected, select Save at the bottom to finish creation of the assignment.

Tenant Access

This page is for general access to the appropriate tenants (But also defined by Role Based Permissions)

Tenant Access within Evo is a feature that provides Administrative users the ability to view and explore a customer.

For users that will need to access the tenants, you'll need to configure the tenants for the right Users/Groups. Select the pencil option on the right for the appropriate tenant you're configuring

Select the Users and Groups that you want to be able to access and manage the tenant and click save at the bottom. Only those with the user type of Admin can be granted access.

Have administrative users that cannot view customers? It's likely an issue regarding access. When granting access to a tenant, be certain that you’re selecting the correct user.
