Rules
You can manage End User Elevation requests here as well as set up different rules and configurations for each of your tenants.
Currently only partners that have requested End User Elevation will see this page (Needs to be enabled by Evo on a per partner basis)
There are two sections to be aware of: this first one is handling requests and rules on a global level. A second menu towards the bottom is for handling End User Elevation on a tenant specific level.
When configuring a rule, you add a name for the rule and select the scope
- Environment: Apply the rule to your entire Evo environment
- Group: Apply the rule to an already created group of users
- Tenant: Apply the rule to a specific tenant
- User: Apply the rule to a specific user
You can also select whether or not to approve or deny the given request.
