Users
Details on all added users can be found here and new ones can be added manually if needed
You'll be able to see all users that have been synced into the portal on a per tenant basis here.
You'll also see License information, the directory they are associated to and their MFA status.
Selecting a user will bring up a quick view of them on the right. From here you are also able to view their full user profile.
You can take certain actions on multiple users at once by selecting them on the left hand side with the checkboxes.
Options are shown at the bottom center of the screen once selected:
- Enable / Disable: Enable or disable multiple users Evo Accounts
- MFA: Turn on or off MFA for selected users
- Assign Licenses: Assign either Secure Login or Elevated Access licenses to multiple users
- Remove Licenses: Remove either Secure Login or Elevated Access licenses to multiple users
The selection screen can also be closed at the right of the menu.
