Tenants Overview

This gives you a quick overview of your existing tenants and allows you to add new ones. We'll go down each menu option to see what's available.

Onboarding

When you're setting up new tenants, you'll need to configure the permissions for these users.

In the onboarding section, you'll see 3 tabs:

  • Roles & Permissions
    • This allows you to set permissions and access for Evo Admins
  • Elevation Assignment
    • This allows you to manage Elevated Access Assignments
  • Tenant Access
    • This allows you to manage Access to your different customer tenants

This menu allows you to set custom policies for SSO Reset Frequencies and IP restrictions for your Evo instance

Rules

You can manage End User Elevation requests here as well as set up different rules and configurations for each

Integrations

Here you're able to manage your PSA Integrations for Connectwise or Autotask (Currently only in the old UI, users will be redirected)

    • Here you'll see details about your own user
  • Devices
    • This page will show you all mobile devices connected to your user
  • Billing
    • This page will let you manage the licenses for each one of your customers
  • Customization
    • Add a custom logo to your Evo interface here
  • Downloads
    • Coming Soon

Tenant-Level Pages

When working with each tenant after creation, you'll see menus for them below on the left. Select your tenant to get to the individual pages where the settings can be managed

Dashboard

This is the main dashboard for your tenant. You'll see top level stats in here as well as authentication activity

Directories

You'll see directories that you have created for the tenant on this page and be able to create new ones

Vault

Here you can set up Domain Accounts as well as manage Local and Web Accounts for your tenant

  • Domain Accounts
    • For Elevated Access, identify accounts that will be used as the shared accounts for logging into this tenant
  • Local Accounts
    • All local admins that have been identified from Evo Agent installations
  • Web Accounts
    • Accounts to manage Microsoft 365 instances (Azure Directories only)

Users

Access Tokens
