How do I disable, enable, or delete user devices (Endpoints)?

 

How to disable a device

Disabling a device, will as expected, prevent it from being used for authentication purposes. If the device has been confirmed as valid, or a lost device has been found, it will need to be re-enabled.

  1. From the Main page, click into your desired tenant. 
  1. From the side navigation, click Endpoints.
  1. In the dropdown select Mobile, find the device you want to disable. Check the box at the beginning of each row.
  1. Click the actions menu located above the table.
  1. Click Disable.

How to enable a device

  1. From the Main page, click into your desired tenant. 
  1. From the side navigation, click Endpoints.
  1. In the dropdown select Mobile, find the device you want to disable. Check the box at the beginning of each row.
  1. Click the actions menu located above the table.
  1. Click Enable.

How to delete a device

It is best practice to delete a device that is unknown, or no longer in use (lost or damaged).

Deleting devices cannot be undone.

  1. From the Main page, click into your desired tenant.
  1. From the side navigation, click Endpoints.
  1. In the dropdown select Mobile or Desktop, find the device you want to disable. Check the box at the beginning of each row.
  1. Click the actions menu located above the table.
  1. Click Delete.
