Evo Supported Authentication Methods

With Evo Security, there are multiple ways to authenticate for logging into your devices or applications.

While we recommend using the Evo Authenticator app for your MFA needs, you are free to other mobile authenticators such as Google Authenticator or Authy for your MFA needs. However, this comes with a few drawbacks if you choose to go this route:

You will not receive push notifications to your device

You will not be able to access an offline code

You will not be able to restore your code(s)

Do note, we do not support third-party authenticator apps. So if you experience issues there, we are unable to provide support.

Evo Secure Login Mobile App (available in iOS App Store or GooglePlay)

Apple Smartwatch

TOTP: Via Evo Secure Login Mobile App or 3rd party Mobile Authenticators.

NOTE: with 3rd Party Authenticators, features like Offline Codes or Push Notifications are unavailable.

Hard Keys: We currently support Yubikey (5 series including FIPS) and FEITIAN (30-second TOTP) keys. Not Currently Supported
