Evo Password Integration with ITGlue
Evo now integrates with ITGlue to help manage password synchronizations. This allows you to keep your passwords updated between Evo and ITGlue.
The integration can be found on theย Integrations Tabย under Password Sync.
Note: A New Role has been added to Role-Based Permissions called Password Sync Integrations. This role will need to be enabled for any users that you want to be able to manage any Password Sync Integrations

When setting this integration up you'll need to generate a new API key from ITGlue to pass into the configuration page.
You can do this through the Admin interface on IT Glue. When you create a new key you will need to allow for Password Access in order for the integration to work. Remember to save the secret as it will;

Once completed, you'll see a list of your ITGlue organizations on the next page.

Select the ITGlue organization that you want to connect to your Evo customer. Once completed, click Save to complete the linking.
Now the Evo Domain and Local Accounts will be listed in the next page.
Select a Password User from your ITGlue Organization to link with an Evo Account and then click Save to synchronize the Passwords between both systems.
An option is there to switch between your ITGlue Organizations and your Evo Domain/Local accounts.

When you link the accounts, the passwords will be brought into ITGlue from Evo.
Note: The passwords will synchronize whenever an event occurs in Evo such as a Domain Account rotating the password or a linking of an account. If you update the password in ITGlue it will not be brought back into Evo at this time.
You can view the password in ITGlue under the Organizations -> Passwords section

To remove the integration, go to the Configure Tab and select remove to remove all associated connections between Evo and ITGlue.

Note: This will not remove the passwords from ITGlue at this time, it will simply remove the integration between the two.
Each tenant also has a tenant level view under the Customers section. Select the Password Sync option there to view only the tenant level information
