Evo Password Integration with Hudu

Evo now integrates with Hudu to help manage password synchronizations. This allows you to keep your passwords updated between Evo and Hudu.

The integration can be found on the Integrations Tab under Password Sync.

Note: A New Role has been added to Role-Based Permissions called Password Sync Integrations. This role will need to be enabled for any users that you want to be able to manage any Password Sync Integrations

When setting this integration up you'll need to generate a new API key from Hudu to pass into the configuration page.

The API Key must have Password Access and Destructive Actions selected when being created.

The API Host is your URL of your Hudu instance.

Once completed, you'll see a list of your Hudu Companies on the next page.

Select the Hudu Company that you want to connect to your Evo customer. Once completed, click Save to complete the linking.

Now the accounts will be listed in the next page.

Select a Hudu account to link with an Evo Domain or Local Account and then click Save to synchronize the Passwords between both systems.

Note: The passwords will synchronize whenever an event occurs in Evo such as a Domain Account rotating the password or a linking of an account. If you update the password in Hudu it will not be brought back into Evo at this time.

An option is there to switch between Hudu Companies and Domain/Local accounts.

You can view the password in Hudu under the Companies -> Passwords section

To remove the integration, go to the Configure Tab and select remove to remove all associated connections between Evo and Hudu.

Note: This will not remove the passwords from Hudu at this time, it will simply remove the integration between the two.

Each tenant also has a tenant level view under the Customers section. Select the Password Sync there to view only the tenant level information
