Error: Login Denied due to Temporary Lockout

Summary

A user when trying to login may experience the error: Login denied due to temporary lockout

Cause

A user may have locked themselves out of logging in due to a frequent amount of login attempts. You can see these details in the activity log within Evo as well as Event Viewer logs.

Resolution

Verify that the account is unlocked from within Active Directory and attempt to log in again. Policies may lock an account if too many failed attempts are present.
