Error Message: the account is disabled or not found
Summary
When logging in after an authentication code a user is presented with an error: "The account is disabled or not found"
Issue
The machine being accessed may not have the correct set of credentials in the Evo Settings Editor
Resolution
Open the Evo Settings Editor on the target machine and verify that the details present match the corresponding portal values.
The Directory, Access Token and Secret Key should be the same as the details that are found in the Evo Portal.
