How to Fix Secure Login Always Requests Offline Code
Symptom: Secure Login keeps asking users to enter Offline Code (randomly) even though they have a good internet connection.
Causes: It could be your Firewall/Endpoint Protection is blocking Evo URLs and/or EvoSecurity folders.
Solution:
1. Add these URLs below to your Firewall whitelist

ifconfig.me | 443 (LDAP and Credential Provider) |
api.evosecurity.com | 443 (LDAP and Credential Provider) |
sync-api.evosecurity.com | 443 (LDAP Only) |
a3k8pqjo2tpsr9-ats.iot.us-east-1.amazonaws.com | 8883 (LDAP Only) |
2. Add these folders below to your end-point protection whitelist
C:\ProgramData\EvoSecurity
C:\Program Files\EvoSecurity
